This I made up and the cookies are only 3 points for 2 cookies
•1 1⁄2cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Protein packed whole grain buttermilk flapjack and waffle mix
•1cup(s )uncooked oatmeal
•3⁄4cup Silk Pure Almond Almond milk, Vanilla,
•2tsp vanilla extract
Mix bananas and oatmeal together. In seperate bowl mix pancake flour and almond milk and egg and vanilla. Mix both together add walnuts. Drop on greased cookie sheet by the heaping Tablespoonful Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Makes 24 cookies.
