This was the first year of Black Sheep Gathering being in Albany at the Linn County Fairgrounds and it turned out to be exceptional. The buildings were nicer and everyone enjoyed themselves. A lot more vendors were able to be accommodated in the main building which was super nice. I had a booth there for selling yarns and fibers and did a good amount of sales for the 3 days. Looking forward to next year already.

This I made up and the cookies are only 3 points for 2 cookies
•1 1⁄2cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Protein packed whole grain buttermilk flapjack and waffle mix
•1item(s )egg(s)
•1cup(s )uncooked oatmeal
•3medium banana(s)
•3⁄4cup Silk Pure Almond Almond milk, Vanilla,
•2tsp vanilla extract
•2oz walnut(s)
Instructions
Mix bananas and oatmeal together. In seperate bowl mix pancake flour and almond milk and egg and vanilla. Mix both together add walnuts. Drop on greased cookie sheet by the heaping Tablespoonful Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Makes 24 cookies.
